This website provides general information about PKDigital Services and our AI video production services. Website content may be updated, and an inquiry or consultation booking does not by itself create a service contract.
Project agreements
The scope, fees, payment schedule, delivery timeline, revisions and final deliverables for each project will be confirmed separately in a written proposal, quotation or message accepted by both parties. That project-specific agreement will control if it differs from these website terms.
Client materials
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to provide and use all logos, images, product information, audio, references and other materials supplied for a project. You must not request content that is unlawful, deceptive or infringes another party's rights.
AI-assisted production
Our services may use AI-assisted tools. Generated visuals, voices or motion can vary, and exact replication of a reference may not always be possible. Important claims, names, prices and product facts remain subject to client review and approval before final use.
Third-party platforms
Final videos may be intended for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or WhatsApp. Platform rules and technical requirements can change, and we do not control the availability, approval or performance of third-party platforms.
