Will my videos look exactly like these demos?
The demos are style references. PKDigital chooses the creative direction for your product. Models, scenes and visuals may change, and exact recreation of a demo is not included.
What do I need to send?
Send clear images of your product, your logo, the contact number for the video CTA and your preferred voiceover language. Include the correct product name and any relevant product details. Please use materials you own or have permission to use.
Are music, voiceover and my logo included?
Yes. Music, voiceover in your chosen language, your logo and contact CTA are included. Everything fits within each video's 10-second duration; there is no extra end-screen duration.
When will I receive my videos?
Delivery is within 2 days after both payment and all required details have been received. Sundays are excluded from the delivery count. We confirm the delivery timing with you on WhatsApp.
Can I request revisions or choose a different concept?
Creative revisions are not included in this fixed package. PKDigital selects the concepts and checks generated product visuals before delivery. Please share accurate product images, logo, contact number and language before production begins.
Do I need a shoot, a meeting or to send my physical product?
